We are located in Gergei, between Trexenta and Marmilla, a charming rural village in its historic architecture, surrounded by plains and rolling hills.

 

Its a territory that is bordered on the west by the river Mannu: a river that is born from the numerous springs of the Sarcidano before reaching the fertile valley between Gergei and Gesturi, flows into a deep, rocky gorge, forming a series of enchanting waterfalls and equally beautiful and fresh natural ponds.

Our pastures in Serralonga welcome our animals, in total freedom and harmony with the seasons, which have been accompanying the work of the shepherd and the cheesemaker for centuries.
