MUVRONI
Cheese that requires a minimum maturation of 120 days. The rind is hard, dark straw or brown in color.
The paste is hard, crumbly, light straw-yellow in color with quite widespread fine holes,
regularly distributed. The flavor is sweet but at the same time complex with a spicy sensation.
The aroma is of cooked lactic, vegetal, hay and animal.
