Soft, square-shaped cheese with washed rind (water and salt).

Sweet flavor and lactic aroma of fresh cream or butter, vegetal, fruity hints of dried fruit and humus. The paste is soft, quite creamy especially in the undercrust.

It may have sparse, small holes.
