MADRIGADU

Typical soft sheep's cheese with a soft, thin rind refined with extra virgin olive oil.

Sweet flavor and lactic aroma of fresh cream or butter, vegetal and animal (sheep) hints.

The texture is soft but relatively dry, quite elastic with regularly distributed small to medium sized holes.
